All Animals must be Up-to-Date on all shots with a local vet. (We will call to verify info before confirmation of any service.)
Barn-n-Bubbles K9 Spa is insured to protect both us and you. We want to make sure you have the highest quality of service and are 100% satisfied.
Payment is expected upon drop off time. Any grooming or extra services booked are expected upon pick up or return date. We do accept credit cards via Square One.
Cancelation notification is very much appreciated as possible. We are a small family business. We operate on very limited schedules. It is important if your plans change we know ASAP. This will allow us to accommodate other people on our wait/cancelation list.
All contact information on both owner and pets are expected to be completed and returned to Barn-n-Bubbles K9 Spa 48 hours before your scheduled service date. This is needed for shot and vet verification. Once an appointment is booked, we will email you all info needed within 24 hours.
Service Reminders – You will receive a reminder text from Barn-n-Bubbles K9 Spa 24 hours before your scheduled services.
Daily Check Up Text are sent daily late afternoon, each day we have you on our schedule. This text will update you on your animals status and include a picture if requested.
